GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your chalet is ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, your chalet will be available until 11 am. Thank you for your understanding!
LOCAL TAX
The statutory local tax of € 1,80 per person over 15 years of age and per day will be added to your respective chalet price.
DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS
Pets are only allowed in the Kitzbühel Beach Chalet on request. The daily rate is € 25,- per day (without food). Please let us know when you make your request that you would like to bring your pet. The tenant is liable for damages of any kind to the rental property.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you are unable to stay at the Kitzbühel Beach Chalet, you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that we charge 70% of the total stay until tow weeks before arrival and 100% within the last tow weeks. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung. With regard to COVID-19 there is an adapted insurance cover.
SERVICES OFFERED
The offers on our website do not constitute an offer or an order, but are merely an invitation to quote. All our offers, in particular by email or by post, are exclusively non-binding and subject to change.
The landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival without giving reasons.
No subletting or passing on to third parties is permitted.
In the event of damage to the rented property by the tenant according to the handover protocol including all fellow travellers, the tenant is jointly and severally liable and the credit card will be subsequently charged.
A protocol must be signed upon handover of the chalet.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Special cleaning costs in the amount of € 1.000,-- will be charged to the credit card.

ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to the above terms and conditions, the following regulations apply to online bookings:
The accommodation contract shall only be concluded upon acceptance of the booking by the accommodation provider (§ 3 AGBH 2006). In the case of online bookings, this acceptance is exclusively effected by a credit card debit of the deposit on our part. The booking shall only become bilaterally binding upon successful debiting of the deposit. Up to this point, the booking can be cancelled by either party free of charge and without giving reasons. For the deposit, we will charge your Visa Card or Eurocard/Mastercard with the amount/percentage stated in the booking conditions. A deposit can only be paid by Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard. Fixed reservation only after the deposit has been paid. By providing us with your account or credit card details, you authorise us to charge your credit card for all fees incurred, such as deposits and, if applicable, cancellation fees (in accordance with our cancellation conditions).
We expressly point out that in the case of online bookings or accommodation contracts concluded by means of distance selling, there is no right of cancellation within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract and that our cancellation conditions (further up on this page) are expressly agreed. Our Cancellation Policy replaces the right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

If more people arrive than stated on the booking confirmation, or the age of the children has been incorrectly stated, we will adjust the room rate (plus any local tax) in accordance with our price list.
